Dimples helps organizations and individuals to conserve ink/toner when printing documents. Dimples was born out of an appreciation for the printed word and the desire to save money while reducing the harmful effects that inks and toners have on the environment. Dimples’ patented method produces unique perforation overlays (or ‘dimples’) for fonts that curb the use of expensive printer ink/toner while causing the printed text to appear whole to the human eye.
As part of our commitment to the earth, we volunteer our computational resources to IBM’s World Community Grid. The Dimples team is ranked in the top 1% in the world for its long-time volunteer contribution. Want to help us improve the world beyond print savings?
We also support open education by volunteering our time in managing international study groups for students enrolled in MITx 6.00x and HarvardX CS50x, and by volunteering at events such as TEDxPSU and TEDxCMU.
